At Bhayla, we are committed to delivering a seamless and positive shopping experience. To maintain fairness and better serve all our customers, we occasionally need to implement certain guidelines. While most of our customers have genuine concerns, we’ve noticed a small number of accounts misusing our return and exchange policies.
These accounts may frequently return products, refuse deliveries, or request refunds for issues that are not our fault, which can prevent other customers from obtaining the items they desire. To protect the interests of our genuine customers, Bhayla’s customer care team reserves the right to review, assess, and take appropriate action, including limiting or suspending services for customers engaging in such practices.
Impairment & Damages
We take great care to ensure that all products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping. However, if you receive incomplete, damaged, or defective items, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue, kindly follow these steps:
- Do not use the products.
- Take clear photographs of the damaged or incomplete items.
- Retain the invoice or order confirmation.
If your order was placed through a third-party marketplace, please contact the marketplace’s customer support team. Bhayla is not responsible for damages incurred through orders made on external platforms.
Change of Packaging
Bhayla continuously works to innovate and improve our product packaging to enhance your customer experience. As part of this effort, we may update the design, labels, or packaging of our products. These changes will not affect the product's formulation or performance and are made to comply with government regulations.
You may notice that the placement of product symbols, stickers, or other information may vary depending on regulatory updates. Rest assured, the product you receive is genuine and has not been tampered with.
In our commitment to sustainability, we are gradually reducing unnecessary external packaging materials, such as paper boxes, to minimize our carbon footprint. In the future, you may receive products with reduced or no exterior wrapping, but this will not impact the product's quality or authenticity.
Suspending Promotions
Bhayla reserves the right to suspend or cancel any ongoing or future promotions, offers, sales, gifts, or giveaways at any time without prior notice or liability.
